The candidates determined as a result of competency-based negotiations are also evaluated by personality inventory studies and the right candidate is determined at the end of the negotiations. In our search for candidates, we are working with various HR companies.

Within the framework of market conditions and internal balances, SBK Holding wage policy adopts the principle of "equal pay equal to equal work" and wage levels are determined and updated depending on market trends and performance. The annual increases are reflected in the wages by determining the periods and rates that the employer deems necessary with the approval of Holding Human Resources and the Board of Directors. In addition to the wage policy, pro-bono packages are offered to all employees in degrees according to their titles.

Training and Internship Practices
